You will prepare monthly management accounts, support budgeting and forecasting, perform balance sheet reconciliations and provide analysis to support operational decision-making.

Qualifications

• Experience in management accounting, preferably in manufacturing or engineering.
• Qualified or part-qualified accountant; strong QBE considered.
• Comfortable across management accounts and wider finance functions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts with variance analysis and commentary.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and FP&A supporting business planning.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations, accruals and prepayments.
• Support month-end and year-end reporting processes.
• Collaborate with operations and commercial teams to analyse performance.
• Provide financial analysis to support decision-making.
• Escalate transactional finance workload and issues as needed.
• Help improve financial controls, reporting and processes.
