Transaction Recruitment is hiring a Management Accountant in Worcester. You will own the end-to-end management accounts for the Group, consolidating figures and presenting to the Finance Director and Executive team.

• Experience delivering accurate financial information to deadline.
• Proven ability to coach or develop others or readiness to step up.
• Strong attention to detail and rigorous financial controls.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the management accounts from start to finish.
• Produce and review monthly accounts for each company in the Group.
• Consolidate group figures into management accounts and prepare reporting packs.
• Support budgeting, forecasts and related packs with FP&A team.
• Drive process improvements and tighten controls across reporting.
