You will join an established finance team and work closely with the Financial Controller to deliver accurate monthly management accounts and robust financial reporting. The role carries a clear progression path toward a Financial Controller position, with exposure to multi‑company consolidations, VAT and tax filings, annual budgets and audits, and continuous improvement initiatives across

Qualifications

• Experience producing management accounts in a manufacturing environment.
• 2-3 years’ experience managing multi‑company, multi‑currency consolidations.
• Strong understanding of standard costing.
• ACCA qualification (or equivalent) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Produce monthly management accounts through to completion.
• Prepare quarterly forecasts and annual budgets.
• Manage multi‑company, multi‑currency consolidations across the group.
• Prepare VAT returns, Corporation Tax, and statutory filings.
• Generate financial reports and analysis for senior leadership and board meetings.
• Investigate performance, identify trends, and explain variances.
• Support audit processes and year‑end files.
• Oversee cashbooks, purchase and sales ledgers, and payroll/pension administration.
• Lead finance improvement projects and support the Financial Controller.
