Job summary

Henley Chase in Stockport is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a Major Projects division within a fast-growing specialist subcontractor. You will own a portfolio of around 10 live projects valued between £1m and £4m, leading a delivery team and working with senior leadership to deliver safely, commercially and to the highest standards.

Qualifications

Proven experience managing multiple construction projects valued £1m+.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Experience with CVRs, budgets and profitability.
Outstanding client-facing and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

Lead the Major Projects team across multiple live contracts.
Take overall responsibility for project delivery from pre-construction through to completion.
Manage project programmes, resources and client expectations.
Monitor project profitability, budgets, CVRs and commercial performance.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Work closely with commercial, pre-construction, procurement and operations teams.
Support business growth through exceptional project delivery and repeat business.
Drive continuous improvement across systems, reporting and project controls.
Mentor and develop members of the delivery team.
Maintain high standards of quality, health & safety and compliance.
