Are you an experienced Construction Manager looking to take the lead on a diverse portfolio of high-value projects? Our client, a rapidly growing and forward-thinking developer, is expanding their delivery team and seeking a Senior Construction Manager with a pipeline of major schemes across Buckinghamshire.

About the Role

As Senior Construction Manager, you will report to a Project Manager with responsibility for the successful delivery of multiple new-build projects ranging up to £50 million in value. You will manage all on-site activities, ensuring programmes are met, health and safety standards are upheld, and quality is delivered to the highest level. You’ll work closely with internal teams, consultants, subcontractors and local authorities to drive efficient, safe and profitable project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and delivery of leisure, warehouse and industrial construction projects
• Manage site teams, subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring smooth coordination and communication
• Oversee programme, cost control, quality assurance and risk management
• Maintain exceptional health, safety and environmental standards
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and project partners
• Contribute to strategic decisions as part of a growing senior management team
• Support continuous improvement and champion best practice across the business
