Aviva is seeking a Major Loss Field Adjuster to manage high‑value domestic property claims from instruction to completion. This field-based role involves meeting customers face‑to‑face and delivering cost‑effective resolutions with empathy and expertise.

The successful candidate will hold Cert CII or CILA and bring experience with claims around £100,000. Aviva offers competitive salary, a company car, 8% bonus potential, generous pension and extensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience handling high-value domestic property claims, typically around £100,000.
• Minimum qualification of Cert CII or CILA required; Dip CII desirable.
• Strong understanding of insurance principles, subrogation and underwriting practices.
• Knowledge of building practices and regulations for property reinstatements and tendering.
• Proven track record of cradle-to-grave claim management with focus on customer outcomes.

Responsibilities

• As a Major Loss Field Adjuster, you will manage high‑value domestic property claims from instruction through to completion, delivering exceptional customer outcomes and cost‑effective resolutions.
• This field‑based role involves meeting customers face‑to-face and guiding them through what can be a stressful period with confidence, empathy and expertise.
