Aviva is seeking a Domestic Major Loss Adjuster in Central London to manage high‑value domestic property claims from instruction through completion. This field-based role requires empathy, technical precision, and a track record of cradle-to-grave claims handling.

Qualifications

• Experience handling high-value domestic claims (around £100,000, or £50,000+).
• Professional growth via Cert CII or CILA recommended.
• Strong understanding of insurance principles, subrogation, underwriting and ABI report writing.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-value domestic property claims cradle-to-grave in the field.
• Deliver exceptional customer outcomes and cost-effective resolutions.
• Meet customers face-to-face in Central London and across the area.
