Job summary

Aviva’s Major Loss Team is expanding. As a Major Loss Field Adjuster you will manage high-value domestic property claims from instruction to completion, meeting clients face-to-face and guiding them through stressful periods with confidence and empathy.

Qualifications

• Experience handling high-value domestic property claims (£50k+).
• Cert CII or CILA required; Dip CII advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of insurance principles, subrogation, and underwriting.
• Familiarity with building practices and reinstatement processes.
• Proven cradle-to-grave claims management and customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-value domestic property claims from instruction to completion.
