Job summary

Aviva is recruiting a Domestic Major Loss Adjuster to manage high-value domestic property claims across the South of England, including Brighton. This field-based role involves meeting customers in person, providing expert guidance and delivering outcomes with empathy and technical precision.

Applicants should have strong high-value claims experience, a relevant qualification such as Cert CII or CILA, and a solid understanding of insurance principles, subrogation, and building practices.

Qualifications

• Experience handling high-value domestic claims (£50k+).
• Proven ability to manage claims cradle-to-grave with empathy and precision.
• Cert CII or CILA qualification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-value domestic property claims from instruction to completion.
• Meet customers face-to-face in the field and guide them through the process.
• Deliver cost-effective resolutions while maintaining customer satisfaction.
