Davies is seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead Major & Complex Loss claims from a remote UK base. The role focuses on High Net Worth and other complex losses, including oil escape, with field presence where required.

You will manage client relationships, drive service standards, and ensure technical accuracy across reports while progressing cases efficiently. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in major losses and thrives under pressure.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in adjusting, including major losses.
• Proven track record of property claims.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependability and persistence.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Carry out adjustment of High Net Worth and Major Loss claims.
• Manage complex claims including water losses and oil escape/special events.
• Meet demanding service standards of MCL clients.
• Progress and control all cases from outset to closure.
• Ensure technical accuracy and high-quality reports.
• Build relationships with clients, brokers and policyholders.
