The role requires degree qualification or substantial maintenance leadership, hands-on approach, and the ability to coordinate contractors while driving continuous improvement; benefits include a 10% bonus and a strong training scheme.

Qualificações

• Degree qualified or experienced in maintenance leadership.
• Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting.
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs.
• Knowledge of plant equipment and predictive maintenance.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure preventive and predictive maintenance is performed with high quality.
• Detect deviations in plant asset performance in time.
• Oversee safe, efficient daily maintenance with detailed work prep.
• Establish standard work for repetitive maintenance tasks.
• Inspect equipment on site to detect anomalies.
• Coordinate contractors and monitor task quality.
• Use predictive maintenance techniques for equipment management.
• Review plant information (SAP, shift reports, alarms).
• Prepare detailed work orders for safe execution.
• Keep asset documents and drawings updated and organized.
• Support Engineering and Production with maintenance planning.
