Job summary

Maidstone area-based maintenance electrician role offering 4on 4off shifts (days/nights) with a generous salary and benefits package. You will support plant-wide maintenance, machine set-ups, and ongoing production targets within a leading manufacturing environment.

Key requirements include an engineering apprenticeship or equivalent qualification, time-served maintenance experience, and a strong safety mindset. Overtime is available and a KPI-based annual bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• Time served Mechanical Engineer or as Maintenance Engineer
• High degree of Health & Safety awareness
• Maintenance Engineer experience or qualifications of a Maintenance Engineer

Responsibilities

• Provide plant-wide maintenance service and repairs to maintain production targets.
• Monitor and support machine set-up and changeovers to ensure QA standards and efficient changeovers.
