E3 Recruitment is sourcing a Maintenance Engineer for a market-leading manufacturing site in the Basildon area. The role involves maintaining factory machinery, supporting machine setup and changeovers, and ensuring production targets are met.

Salary is £60,000 per annum including shift allowance, with a KPI bonus, competitive pension, and opportunities for training and career development. The role operates on a days/nights 4 on 4 off pattern in a fully automated facility.

Qualifications

• Recognised engineering apprenticeship or equivalent qualifications.
• Health and safety awareness is essential.
• Ability to fault find and provide practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide plant-wide maintenance service and repairs to keep production targets met.
• Support machine set-up and changeovers to ensure quality standards and efficiency.
