Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment is seeking an Electrically qualified Maintenance Engineer for a days-based 4-on-4-off role near Stafford. The position covers 12-hour days (7am – 7pm) with flexible start times, ample overtime, and a 3-hour call-out bonus.

Benefits include 22 days holiday, training, and a company pension. You will maintain and support production machinery, performing electrical and mechanical maintenance to minimise downtime across the site.

Qualifications

• Electrically qualified engineer with 18th Edition required.
• Experience in manufacturing, production or processing environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• 4 on 4 off, 12 hour shifts, 7am - 7pm.
• Electrical and mechanical maintenance of production machinery.
• Reactive fault-finding and planned maintenance.
• Supporting production lines to minimise downtime.
