• Lead the design, development and deployment of complex ML solutions with technical direction and user focus
• Provide technical leadership across the ML lifecycle including data prep, feature engineering and model development
• Set and champion engineering standards for ML development: testing, version control, documentation, security, maintainability
• Lead adoption and development of MLOps practices: CI/CD, automated testing and deployment, model monitoring
• Influence strategic ML/AI approaches and translate priorities into deliverable technical solutions
• Provide technical guidance and assurance on architecture, scalability, performance and risk
• Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams and communicate complex ML concepts clearly
• Champion responsible, ethical and secure AI with focus on privacy, bias and cyber security
• Build ML engineering capability through coaching and knowledge sharing
• Promote innovation and continuous improvement across ML products and services
