Forward Role is seeking a Lead Machine Learning Engineer to design, develop and deploy advanced AI/ML solutions for UK Government and National Security projects. You will lead hands-on engineering while guiding a team on production deployments and secure integration.

The role requires strong ML engineering experience, MLOps, CI/CD and model monitoring, plus the ability to mentor engineers and shape technical decisions. Flexible hybrid UK work is offered.

Qualificações

• Strong hands-on ML engineering experience with production deployment.
• Experience with MLOps, CI/CD and model monitoring.
• Broad knowledge of ML algorithms and frameworks.
• Experience providing technical leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop and deploy complex ML models into production.
• Build MLOps pipelines including CI/CD, monitoring and retraining.
• Research Generative AI tech and create proofs of concept.
• Fine-tune and optimize models for performance and scale.
• Integrate AI/ML into secure systems and workflows.
• Mentor engineers and influence technical decisions.
