Job summary

Qualifications

• Extensive 5+ years in hard FM/M&E management.
• Experience leading diverse engineering teams.
• Strong stakeholder communication and reporting.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships with KPI reporting.
• Oversee procurement and supplier performance.
• Support project delivery and due diligence on new buildings.
