This is an exciting opportunity to work within a world-renowned scientific and research environment, helping to ensure the reliability, safety and performance of critical building services and infrastructure across the campus.
The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance and fault-finding activities across a range of electrical and building services systems, ensuring all works are completed safely, efficiently and in accordance with contractual requirements.
Hinxton, Cambridgeshire
Rotating shift pattern consisting of both day and night shifts. Colleagues will typically work blocks of 3 to 4 consecutive shifts followed by rest days, averaging a balanced mix of days, nights and time off across the month. This shift pattern includes weekend working as part of the rota.
Given the nature of this position, you will need to undergo a Basic Disclosure and Barring Service Check (DBS) at offer stage.
