Mech Electrics Limited seeks a Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor to lead commercial management on new-build commercial projects in Leeds and Sheffield. You’ll oversee budgets, cost reports, procurement, valuations, variations and final accounts, working closely with project managers, site teams and clients.

Competenze

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor in the M&E/building services sector.
• Experience delivering on new-build commercial construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical building services packages.

Mansioni

• Manage the commercial aspects of M&E packages on new-build commercial projects.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, cost reports and forecasts.
• Oversee subcontractor procurement, valuations and payments.
• Manage variations, change control and contractual notices.
• Monitor project costs, identify commercial risks and maximise profitability.
• Prepare, negotiate and agree interim valuations and final accounts.
• Collaborate with project managers, site teams, clients and subcontractors to ensure successful project delivery.
