Morson Group is seeking a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor with M&E expertise to join a leading M&E company delivering large-scale commercial projects. You will manage all commercial aspects from inception to completion, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and quality.

Responsibilities include valuations, forecasts, subcontract accounts, cost estimates, client liaison, and mentoring junior surveyors. Strong contract administration and NEC/JCT awareness are essential.

Formación

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• Experience with M&E projects and commercial management.
• Proven ability to produce valuations, forecasts and cost reports.
• Strong negotiation and organisational skills.
• Mentoring junior surveyors and coordinating with site teams.

Responsabilidades

• Produce monthly valuations and contract forecasts.
• Manage subcontract accounts and payments; certify values.
• Maintain communication between commercial and site teams.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates and project budgets.
• Mentor junior surveyors and provide guidance.
• Engage with clients and subcontractors to resolve issues.
• Monitor progress and apply value engineering to costs/schedules.
