Job summary

O’Neill and Brennan is seeking an experienced M&E Project / Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a leading contractor delivering major new build and refurbishment schemes across East and Central London.

Projects range from £80m to £250m, offering stability, progression, and the opportunity to lead on high-profile schemes with an immediate start. Contract options include contractor, temp-to-perm, or permanent roles.

Qualifications

• 4–10+ years’ post-degree experience within a main contractor or M&E subcontractor.
• Proven track record managing complex, large-scale projects through to completion.
• Strong commercial awareness and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing procurement and subcontract packages
• Handling all post-contract commercial duties
• Overseeing full project life cycle from pre-construction to final account
• Supporting project teams to ensure successful financial delivery
