Job summary

BOUYGUES UK is looking for an experienced M&E Quantity Surveyor to join our expanding team for a project based in Jersey. The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial awareness and a BSc in Quantity Surveying or a similar field. Responsibilities include ensuring optimum commercial return, preparing cost/value reconciliation reports, and finalizing accounts with senior management. • Ability to produce accurate cost/value reconciliation reports.

Responsibilities

• Control subcontractor accounts and minimize variation costs.

Skills

Previous experience as an M&E Quantity Surveyor

Strong commercial awareness

BSc in Quantity Surveying or similar

Experience covering both pre and post contract
