Job summary

BOUYGUES UK is looking for an experienced M&E Quantity Surveyor to join our expanding team for a project based in Jersey. • Previous experience as a M&E Quantity Surveyor with a main contractor/MEP Subcontractor, focussing on supporting M&E Packages
• Strong commercial awareness
• BSc in Quantity Surveying or similar
• Experience covering both pre and post contract
• Demonstrates strong attention to detail/producing accurate work
• Effective Communicator
• Shares knowledge with others
• Managing (M&E) subcontractor packages
• Effective time manager

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure optimum commercial return for the project
• Accurately prepare cost/value reconciliation reports
• Agree interim valuations on schedule for commercial advantage
• Prepare and finalise client accounts with senior management
• Finalise subcontractor accounts to maximise margins
• Prepare subcontract orders per company procedures, aligned with procurement schedules and contract programs
• Control subcontractor accounts and minimise variation costs
