Job summary

NG Bailey MEH Alliance is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team, working on various projects across the SW region of England. The role involves ensuring compliance with safety practices, managing project contracts, and maintaining accurate records.

The ideal candidate will have a degree or HNC qualification, along with experience in Quantity Surveying, particularly in M&E, and a good understanding of NEC contracts. Benefits include 25 days holiday, pension contributions, and private healthcare.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor with an M&E background.
• Degree/HNC level qualification and/or significant experience.
• Good understanding of NEC3/4 contracts & JCT is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with safety policies and project obligations.
• Manage project risks and contractual terms.
• Maintain accurate contractual records.
• Communicate effectively with operational teams.
• Prepare applications for payment and secure recoveries.
• Monitor project progress and ensure quality report delivery.
• Negotiate project accounts with clients.
