Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
• Degree/HNC level qualification and/or significant relevant experience.
• Experience managing changes and subcontracts.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety message is visible throughout project activities.
• Manage risks and opportunities in contract terms.
• Prepare applications and secure recovery of payments.
• Monitor and control project progress with operational teams.
• Negotiate to settle project accounts with clients.
