Job summary

Bimplus is seeking a Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor to take commercial responsibility for a major commercial cut and carve scheme in London, with MEP scope valued at £20 million. You will work with the senior commercial manager and site teams to ensure profitable delivery while maintaining strong client relationships and subcontractor performance.

The ideal candidate will have extensive M&E QS experience, main contracting exposure, and a relevant degree.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in M&E Quantity Surveying with main contracting exposure.
• Experience on large cut and carve or commercial new build projects.
• Degree in a relevant discipline.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial aspects for a major MEP project.
• Maintain client relationships and manage subcontractors.
