We are working with a highly regarded MEP Contractor that is continuing to grow its project portfolio across London and Essex.
They are looking to appoint an experienced MEP Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager to take commercial ownership of a portfolio of high-value, technically complex projects across the luxury residential, commercial and hotel sectors.

You will take responsibility for the commercial management of MEP projects from pre-construction through to final account, working closely with project teams, clients, consultants and supply chain partners.

You will ideally have:
A relevant degree, HNC/HND or professional qualification is desirable, although strong practical experience will be considered.
