Job summary

Robertson Stewart Ltd seeks a Senior Project Planner with strong M&E/Building Services background to lead planning across multiple UK/Europe projects. You will establish controls, create integrated templates and report progress to the project team and client.

You will manage trade contractor schedules, monitor KPIs, and produce dashboards while coordinating change management and commissioning planning. Travel between sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Senior level project planner with robust M&E/Building Services experience.
• Experience creating integrated pre-construction, construction and commissioning schedules.
• Familiar with time impact analyses and change management processes.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain project planning controls and reporting across UK/Europe M&E projects.
• Produce detailed schedules covering design, procurement, installation and close out.
• Manage trade contractor schedules and communicate with client/design teams.
• Develop weekly/monthly dashboards and KPI reports for stakeholders.
• Provide time impact analyses to support extensions of time claims.
