Dalkia UK (Scotland) is seeking an experienced Planner to support the delivery of multi-discipline building services projects. You will work with operational and commercial teams to plan, manage and deliver safely and efficiently.

This role is central to driving operational performance, maintaining client relationships and supporting continuous improvement across the business. A strong background in M&E, site leadership and financial awareness is essential.

Qualificações

• HNC qualification (or equivalent) in Building Services Engineering, or qualified through experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) services.
• Sound commercial, design, financial and project knowledge across multi-discipline contracts.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and control site-based teams, ensuring health & safety, environmental, quality and purchasing policies.
• Ensure works are delivered to a high standard and in accordance with British Standards and codes of practice.
• Collaborate with operational teams to meet contractual obligations, milestones and delivery dates.
• Set and manage financial targets to meet objectives, including reporting to Operational Management and commercial teams.
• Provide analysis, insight and advice on project delivery to support client and business outcomes.
• Provide technical support to customers and site-based teams, working with central departments, suppliers and sub-contractors.
• Support and deliver training to enhance the effectiveness of the business unit.
