Job summary

Assystem is seeking an experienced M&E Planner to develop and maintain detailed mechanical and electrical programmes for construction projects in the UK. You will coordinate M&E activities with the overall project programme, ensuring proper sequencing, resource planning, interfaces, and progress reporting.

You will work closely with the M&E project team, main contractor and design teams to identify risks, manage interfaces and support timely delivery of projects.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in planning for M&E or construction projects.
• Strong ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of scheduling logic and critical path.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed M&E programmes aligned with the master timetable.
• Prepare short-, medium-, and long-term programmes.
• Coordinate M&E with other trades and project disciplines.
• Monitor progress and update programmes weekly/monthly.
• Identify risks, dependencies and recovery plans as needed.
• Maintain programme records and revisions.
