Cooper Moss Rutland LLP is recruiting a Senior M&E Planner for their hybrid London team. The role requires extensive experience in planning construction and infrastructure projects, with strong knowledge of M&E sequencing and NEC contract programmes (NEC3/NEC4).

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of planning experience on construction/infrastructure projects.
• Proficient in Primavera P6.
• Strong understanding of Mechanical and Electrical sequencing.
• Experience managing NEC3/NEC4 contracts including delay analysis.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
• Experience on major construction/infrastructure projects.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Aufgaben

• Review and challenge MEP schedules from the contractor.
• Develop robust schedule estimates for construction works.
• Define the Basis of Estimate for the construction schedule scope.
• Coordinate with Cost and Risk Management teams to align estimates and assumptions.
• Work with Risk team to support the QSRA process.
• Identify and manage key interfaces with procurement, consents, and dependent projects.
• Ensure schedule estimates are validated using benchmark data and BIM.
