Job summary

Gapp Search is working with a leading MEP contractor to appoint an experienced M&E Project Leader to take a key role delivering major residential schemes across London.

This senior role requires an understanding of the full M&E project lifecycle—from pre-construction, design development and procurement through mobilisation, construction, commissioning and final handover—with responsibility for packages up to £30m and close collaboration with main contractor, client, consultants and site teams.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an M&E Project Leader or similar
• Strong track record with MEP/building-services contractors
• Experience delivering large residential or complex projects
• Understanding of pre-construction and project delivery

Responsibilities

• Taking ownership of M&E projects from pre-construction through to final handover
• Reviewing tender information, specifications, drawings and project requirements
• Managing the transition from pre-construction into live project delivery
• Leading mechanical and electrical delivery teams on site
