Job summary

Mace is seeking a Senior Project Manager - Mechanical Project Lead to oversee a £250m+ project in Central London. You will be responsible for the delivery of MEP services, ensuring adherence to time, budget, and quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering systems, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage diverse teams and stakeholders effectively. We welcome applications from candidates with different experiences and backgrounds.

Qualifications

• Trade/technical apprenticeship or graduate development programme required.
• Formal engineering training (HNC, HND, BTEC or equivalent).
• SMSTS and CSCS card necessary.
• Advanced knowledge of engineering systems and procurement processes required.

Responsibilities

• Drive MEP team on projects to ensure success.
• Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Deliver MEP services on time and budget.
• Oversee project close out and performance management.
