Job summary

Bimplus in West London seeks an experienced M&E Project Manager for the construction delivery of mechanical and electrical installations on a major project. You will lead site team coordination, manage subcontractors, and ensure delivery aligns with programme, quality, and safety standards.

The role is long-term and site-based, with ownership of delivery from mobilisation through handover, reporting progress and coordinating with the client and main contractor.

Qualifications

• Experience as M&E Project Manager in an MEP subcontractor environment.
• Strong background delivering mechanical and electrical installations.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and installation teams on major projects.
• Knowledge of testing, commissioning, and handover requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction delivery of M&E packages from mobilisation through to handover.
• Coordinate mechanical and electrical installation teams, subcontractors, and specialist suppliers.
• Manage site progress, programmes, reporting, and delivery milestones.
• Work closely with the main contractor, client, consultants, and internal delivery teams.
• Ensure installations are delivered in accordance with approved designs, specifications, and project requirements.
• Oversee quality assurance, inspections, testing, commissioning activities, and handover documentation.
• Manage site queries, installation challenges, and coordination issues during delivery.
