Job summary

Bimplus is seeking an experienced M&E Site Manager to lead on-site execution for a high-profile residential-led development in London. The successful candidate will manage all M&E packages, coordinate installations with the construction programme and ensure safe delivery to programme and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience as an M&E Site Manager on large residential, mixed-use or commercial developments.
• Strong understanding of both mechanical and electrical packages.
• Experience working for a main contractor or developer.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills.
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Managing all M&E subcontractors on site.
• Coordinating mechanical and electrical installations with the wider construction programme.
• Monitoring quality, progress and compliance across all M&E works.
• Working alongside the Project Manager and design team to resolve technical issues.
• Overseeing testing, commissioning and final handover.
• Ensuring all works are delivered in line with health and safety requirements.
