Job summary

BAM UK & Ireland is seeking a Senior MEP Planner to support high-profile London projects across preconstruction and delivery. You will lead MEP sequencing, drive programme certainty and coordinate with construction, procurement and design teams to ensure buildable, safe delivery.

Role requires strong UK construction planning experience, capability with Asta Powerproject, Revit and Navisworks, and a collaborative leadership style to mentor junior planners and manage complex multi-sector programs.

Qualifications

• Senior-level MEP planning across preconstruction and delivery phases.
• Lead development, coordination and integration of MEP work sequences.
• Oversee programme risk identification, management and mitigation.
• Mentor and develop junior planners, supporting regional capability building.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level MEP planning expertise across preconstruction and delivery phases.
• Lead development, coordination and integration of MEP work sequences, ensuring alignment with construction, procurement and design activities.
• Oversee programme risk identification, management and mitigation, driving proactive forecasting and assurance.
• Produce regular progress reports, critical path reviews and baseline updates to support project and regional reporting.
