Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Planner within construction
• Strong M&E Planning experience is essential
• Experience on large scale commercial fit out or infrastructure projects
• Good understanding of construction programmes & project sequencing
• Experience with a Tier 1 contractor would be advantageous

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining detailed M&E and infrastructure programmes
• Monitoring progress against programme and identifying delays
• Working closely with M&E delivery team, subcontractors and wider project team
• Providing regular progress updates and reporting
• Supporting short, medium and long-term planning across the package
