Job summary

ASSYSTEM is seeking an experienced M&E Planner to develop and manage detailed mechanical and electrical programmes for construction projects in the Greater London area. You will coordinate M&E activities with the overall project programme, ensuring proper sequencing and timely information flow among stakeholders.

The role involves working with the M&E project team, main contractors, subcontractors, design teams and other stakeholders to identify risks, manage interfaces and support on-schedule

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an M&E Planner or similar role.
• Experience with coordinating M&E activities within a construction programme.
• Strong understanding of critical path, dependencies and programme logic.
• Experience working with M&E subcontractors and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed M&E programmes aligned with the master project programme.
• Prepare and maintain short-, medium- and long-term programmes.
• Coordinate M&E activities with other trades and project disciplines.
• Monitor progress and produce weekly/monthly updates and reports.
• Identify risks, slippages and critical path impacts and propose mitigations.
• Liaise with subcontractors to align programmes with project requirements.
