Qualifications

• Senior M&E planning experience for mechanical and electrical projects.
• Ability to read specifications, drawings and contract documents with engineers and surveyors.
• Strong planning and programming capabilities for complex projects.
• Experience reporting progress and maintaining programme position.

Responsibilities

• Work with site team and main contractor to ensure integrated programmes are sequenced for successful completion.
• Study specifications, drawings and contract documents with engineers and surveyors to ensure adequacy of planning.
• Carry out regular reporting on projects to show progress against programme.
• Liaise with project team to produce progress reports and drop-down programmes in line with SES procedures.
