Job summary

Egis is seeking a hands-on M&E Maintenance Team Leader to manage a team of technicians on the M25 DBFO network around the Dartford Crossing. You will ensure safe, efficient delivery of works, manage staffing, and maintain compliance with contractual requirements.

Essential experience includes supervision, highway maintenance, safety standards, and strong communication. A current UK driving license and CSCS supervisor card are required; some roles offer progression within a major infrastructure

Qualifications

• CSCS card holder – Supervisor, valid for site access.
• Experience in highway maintenance programs, cost/time targets.
• Knowledge of health and safety, quality and environment on highways.
• Competent with IT systems and record keeping.
• Current UK driving license and able to operate in the Dartford area.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-disciplinary team of M&E technicians on the M25 DBFO network.
• Deliver safety objectives, identify risks and mitigate them.
• Prepare works briefings with method statements and hazards.
• Manage day-to-day activity, records and 3rd party accountability.
• Conduct risk assessments, toolbox talks and debriefs after shifts.
• Oversee fleet compliance, including Drivers Hours and defects.
