Job summary

Morson Group is recruiting an experienced Site Supervisor to join a major highways maintenance project in Dartford, near the M25. The role is temporary and pays £300-£450 per shift (DOE).

You will oversee day-to-day site activity, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure works are carried out safely and to programme. We seek a hands-on supervisor with highways or civil engineering experience, strong RAMS knowledge, and excellent leadership and communication skills to deliver quality outcomes on

Qualifications

• Gold CSCS card.
• SSSTS certification.
• Experience supervising highways maintenance or civil engineering works.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety requirements and RAMS.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure works are delivered in line with the programme.
• Coordinate site operatives, subcontractors, plant and materials.
• Ensure all works comply with RAMS, health and safety procedures and project specifications.
• Monitor workmanship, quality and progress on site.
• Carry out site inductions and toolbox talks where required.
• Maintain accurate site records and report progress to the management team.
• Liaise with the Site Agent and wider project team to ensure smooth delivery.

Im currently recruiting for an experienced Site Supervisor to join a major highways maintenance project in Dartford, working for a Tier 1 contractor.

The project involves bridge expansion joint works, offering a great opportunity to get involved in essential highways infrastructure works as part of an established site team.

Were looking for a hands-on Site Supervisor with a strong background in highways or civil engineering, who can oversee site activities, coordinate subcontractors and ensure works are completed safely, efficiently and to the required standard.
