Job summary

Raven Search is seeking an M&E Design Manager in the UK to lead design coordination and technical delivery across several building services projects. The role focuses on taking ownership from concept through to construction support, ensuring compliant, buildable, and commercially sensible solutions.

You will collaborate with pre-construction, commercial, and operations teams to maintain programmes and reduce design risk.

Qualifications

Proven experience in M&E design management within building services.
Strong knowledge of UK regulations and industry standards.
Experience coordinating internal and external design teams including consultants and suppliers.
Experience working in BIM-enabled environments and clash resolution.

Responsibilities

Lead M&E design delivery from concept to detailed design across multiple projects.
Manage design programmes, deliverables and technical queries to keep projects on track.
Coordinate internal and external design teams, including consultants and suppliers.
Drive buildability, compliance, risk management throughout the design process.
Review and approve calculations, drawings and equipment selections.
