Job summary

• Experience as Building Services Manager, M&E Manager or MEP Manager.
• Strong background in mechanical and electrical building services.
• Experience managing M&E packages and subcontractors.
• Experience with Tier 1 main contractors or related firms.

• Manage mechanical and electrical aspects from pre-construction through to completion.
• Ensure programmes, budgets, quality and compliance are met.
