Job summary

Primech Building Services Ltd seeks a Contracts Manager to own M&E projects from pre-construction through to completion, leading a delivery team of engineers, managers and site supervisors. You will drive the project through design, mobilisation, construction and handover, ensuring safety, programme delivery and budget control.

Qualifications

• Proven technical understanding of M&E building services from design to handover.
• Strong knowledge of CDM 2015 Regulations, including F10 notifications.
• Working knowledge of standard forms of contract (JCT/NEC) and subcontract procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Own allocated M&E projects from pre-construction to completion.
• Lead a delivery team including Project Engineers, Project Managers and Site Supervisors.
• Drive schemes through design, mobilisation, construction and handover on time and within budget.
• Maintain client relationships and manage external stakeholders.
• Oversee project financial performance and forecasting in collaboration with QS.
