Job summary

Invictus Group seeks an experienced Contracts Manager with a strong M&E projects background to lead complex M&E initiatives from pre-construction to completion. The role is based in North East Kent and offers a salary of £80,000 per annum depending on experience.

You will oversee Project Managers, Engineers and Site Supervisors while coordinating with Commercial, QS and Procurement teams. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in M&E project management, strong leadership and stakeholder management

Qualifications

• Strong Mechanical / M&E project management background.
• 5+ years’ project management experience preferred.
• Experience managing multiple projects from start to finish.
• SMSTS or IOSH Managing Safely certification preferred.
• CSCS Black Card or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple M&E projects from pre-construction through to completion.
• Manage Project Managers, Project Engineers and Site Supervisors.
• Collaborate with Commercial, QS and Procurement teams.
