Job summary

Excel Engineering Recruitment LTD in Farnham is seeking an experienced M&E Contracts Manager for maintenance, leading a team of mechanical and electrical engineers to deliver high-quality building services contracts.

You will manage client relationships, drive contract performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and identify opportunities for retention and growth across sites in M25/London & Surrey.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team of mechanical and electrical engineers.
• Strong customer service and professional presentation.
• Self-motivated, diligent, and ambitious to grow the business.
• Solid IT skills and familiarity with compliance/regulations (ppm schedules).
• Commercial site experience with M&E maintenance contracts.
• Understanding of electrical and mechanical/heating/plumbing systems.
• Able to liaise with clients and manage contract retention.

Responsibilities

• Oversee contract performance of building services clients.
• Identify opportunities to maximise contract potential and retain contracts.
• Liaise with clients, resolve queries, attend monthly reviews.
• Ensure subcontractors meet technical and health and safety standards.
• Schedule and plan mechanical/electrical maintenance per contract agreements.
