Job summary

Involve Recruitment has partnered with a Tier One M&E contractor to recruit a Bid Manager for Leeds. You will own the complete tender lifecycle from enquiry through to contract award, coordinating estimating, commercial and delivery teams to produce compelling bid proposals.

You will review complex M&E documentation, identify risks, and develop commercial strategies that protect margins while achieving winning submissions.

Qualifications

• Lead end-to-end bid process from EOIs to final tender submission.
• Review M&E specs, drawings and enquiry docs to craft compliant bids.
• Identify risks and develop commercial strategies to protect margins.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants and internal teams for communications.

Responsibilities

• Own the tender lifecycle from start to contract award.
• Ensure high-quality, compliant bid submissions within deadlines.
• Produce method statements and commercial pricing.
• Support handover documentation for project delivery.
