Mecsia Group is seeking an experienced M&E Bid Manager to lead and deliver high-quality tender submissions. The successful candidate will manage the full bid lifecycle, ensuring compliance and commercial competitiveness.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Bid Management within M&E or building services.
• Strong commercial awareness with experience in pricing and tender strategy.
• Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full bid process from opportunity assessment through to submission and negotiation.
• Identify and assess new opportunities, advising on bid/no-bid decisions.
• Lead and coordinate estimating and bid teams to produce accurate, competitive tenders.

Skills

Bid Management within M&E or building services

Strong commercial awareness

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong leadership and team management capability

Advanced IT skills (Excel and Microsoft Office)
