Job summary

LTM Recruitment Specialists Ltd is seeking a Senior Engineer / Project Manager with a mechanical bias and a strong understanding of electrical services to lead large M&E projects from our Yorkshire office.

The role requires proven project leadership across education and hospital schemes, with responsibilities spanning programming, tendering, client liaison, and site management until handover, including commercial and safety duties.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience as a project manager across large M&E schemes.
• Ability to write programmes and attend tender meetings.
• Lead teams of project managers and site managers.
• Must have a Degree in Building Services Engineering.
• PRINCE2 qualification is essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage large M&E projects from programming through commissioning and handover.
• Oversee commercial duties, planning and estimation including profit projections.
• Procure materials and manage quality and risk assessments on site.
• Implement and manage HSE policy and subcontractor hiring/training.
