Job summary

Howden is seeking an Operations Associate to provide senior‑level operational support for the M&A team, guiding complex activities from initiation to premium settlement. You will coordinate with brokers, clients and markets, maintain documents, and monitor completion deliverables.

You will ensure data accuracy in systems, support compliance, assist junior staff, and help with invoicing and payment tracking while acting as a trusted operational contact for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a senior operational or transactional support role within insurance, financial services or a professional services environment.
• Experience managing complex documentation and operational processes with minimal supervision.
• Strong IT capability with MS Word, Excel and Outlook in an operational context.
